We currently offer delivery within India. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Butter Hut is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer, natural events, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number and other delivery details are accurate and complete when placing your order. Butter Hut may not be responsible for additional costs or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at butterhutofficial@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the package and affected products so that we can review the issue.
